Cobra Replacement Program

Flexible protection and lasting peace of mind through optional replacement plans designed to make getting a new screen protector easier and more affordable.

Important: The Cobra Replacement Program covers replacement of the eligible screen protector only. It is not a warranty for your phone or device and does not cover device repair, replacement, or damage.

What Is the Cobra Replacement Program?

The Cobra Replacement Program is an optional service that may be added when purchasing an eligible product. It allows you to receive a replacement screen protector during the coverage period of the plan you selected.

You may request a replacement without explaining the reason, and we do not require you to submit photos of a cracked, damaged, or defective product to qualify.

Purchasing a replacement plan is completely optional. You may purchase any Cobra product without adding a replacement plan.

How Does the Program Work?

If you have an active replacement plan, you may submit a replacement request at any time during the plan period by contacting Cobra Customer Support.

After we confirm that the plan is active and that replacement uses remain available, the request will be approved and a new screen protector will be shipped.

The replacement product itself is provided at no additional product cost within the limits of the plan. The customer pays only the applicable shipping cost and handling fee for each replacement request.

  • No proof of the reason for replacement is required.
  • No product photos are required.
  • The product does not need to be cracked or defective.
  • The plan must be active and have replacement uses remaining.

Available Replacement Plans

Installation Protection

Provides additional protection if the screen protector is damaged during the first installation attempt.

Request deadline: Within 48 hours of product delivery.

Replacement limit: 1 replacement.

1-Year Plan

Coverage period: 12 months.

Maximum replacements: 2 replacements.

18-Month Plan

Coverage period: 18 months.

Maximum replacements: 4 replacements.

3-Year Plan

Coverage period: 36 months.

Maximum replacements: 6 replacements.

A replacement plan ends when its coverage period expires or when all included replacement uses have been used, whichever occurs first.

Device Model Eligibility

The replacement plan applies only to the same phone model for which the original screen protector was purchased.

Available replacement uses cannot automatically be applied to a different phone model.

If you replace your device or upgrade to a newer model, you may contact Cobra Customer Support to request a transfer of your remaining plan benefits to the new model.

Our team will review the request and provide a custom offer that explains the model-change fee and any applicable product price difference. The change will be completed only after the customer approves the offer.

Adding Family Devices

You may expand the Cobra Replacement Program by adding eligible devices belonging to members of your household.

To add one or more devices, contact Cobra Customer Support and provide the device models you would like to include. Our team will prepare a custom offer based on the number of devices, models, and selected coverage.

No additional device is automatically covered until Cobra approves the request and the customer accepts and pays the applicable offer.

Shipping and Handling Fees

The initial purchase order qualifies for free shipping in accordance with Cobra's shipping policy and the market where the order is placed.

For each replacement request, the customer pays only the applicable shipping cost and handling fee. The replacement screen protector is provided at no additional product cost within the remaining limits of the plan.

The applicable shipping cost and handling fee will be disclosed before the replacement order is completed and paid.

Purchasing Without a Replacement Plan

A Cobra replacement plan is not required. Customers may purchase Cobra products without adding any replacement coverage.

When a product is purchased without a replacement plan, the optional replacement benefits described on this page do not apply. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable in the country or state of purchase.

Return Policy

A return may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product remains unused and in its original condition.

The package must remain unopened. The external plastic wrap, seals, and all original packaging components must remain fully intact for the product to qualify for return.

Returns and refunds are also subject to the additional terms stated in Cobra's Return and Refund Policy.

What Is Not Covered?

  • Repair or replacement of the phone or device.
  • Damage to the original device screen, phone, or any device component.
  • Reimbursement for device repair or replacement costs.
  • Cash compensation in place of a replacement product.
  • Accessories or products not included in the plan.
  • Requests submitted after the coverage period has expired.
  • Requests exceeding the replacement limit of the selected plan.
  • Use of the plan for a different model without prior Cobra approval.
  • Adding family or additional devices without approval and payment of the custom offer.

All orders are generally processed within 48 hours after the order has been received and confirmed. Some orders may be processed sooner depending on product availability and order volume.

Free Shipping

Customers receive free shipping on their first order only.

For replacement orders placed under an active Replacement Plan, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping cost and order handling fee. The replacement product itself is provided at no additional product cost, subject to the limits of the selected plan.

Pre-Orders

  • Customers receive a 15% discount when purchasing an eligible pre-order product.
  • The order will be shipped as soon as the product is received at our facility.
  • Pre-orders are generally fulfilled within 40 days or less from the order date.
  • The estimated fulfillment period may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be affected by suppliers, manufacturing, international transportation, customs processing, weather, or force majeure events.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier disruptions, temporary stock shortages, customs procedures, or other force majeure events.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and provide available updates regarding the status of the order.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer.

A shipment will be considered lost only after the carrier has completed its investigation and officially confirmed the loss.

Undelivered or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is not delivered due to a reason related to the customer or the shipping carrier, the order may be shipped again after coordination with the customer.

In this case, the customer is responsible for the new shipping cost only. No additional handling fee will be charged.

Incorrect Product Received

If the customer receives a product different from the item ordered due to an error on our part, we will send the correct product at no additional cost.

Customer-Requested Exchange

If the customer requests a different product after receiving the order, the customer is responsible for:

  • All applicable shipping costs.
  • Any price difference between the original and replacement products.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product has not been used.
  • The product remains in its original condition.
  • The original packaging and shrink wrap or transparent seal have not been opened, removed, or damaged.
  • All included accessories and materials are returned with the product.
Products are not eligible for return once the packaging, shrink wrap, or transparent seal has been opened or removed, or if the product has been used, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds may take up to 15 business days to appear in the customer’s account. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

All processing, fulfillment, and delivery timeframes stated in this policy are estimates and are not guaranteed. Cobra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Cobra reserves the right to update this policy, and the version published at the time of purchase will apply to the order.
