The Cobra Replacement Program is an optional service that may be added when purchasing an eligible product. It allows you to receive a replacement screen protector during the coverage period of the plan you selected.
You may request a replacement without explaining the reason, and we do not require you to submit photos of a cracked, damaged, or defective product to qualify.
Purchasing a replacement plan is completely optional. You may purchase any Cobra product without adding a replacement plan.
If you have an active replacement plan, you may submit a replacement request at any time during the plan period by contacting Cobra Customer Support.
After we confirm that the plan is active and that replacement uses remain available, the request will be approved and a new screen protector will be shipped.
The replacement product itself is provided at no additional product cost within the limits of the plan. The customer pays only the applicable shipping cost and handling fee for each replacement request.

The replacement plan applies only to the same phone model for which the original screen protector was purchased.
Available replacement uses cannot automatically be applied to a different phone model.
If you replace your device or upgrade to a newer model, you may contact Cobra Customer Support to request a transfer of your remaining plan benefits to the new model.
Our team will review the request and provide a custom offer that explains the model-change fee and any applicable product price difference. The change will be completed only after the customer approves the offer.
You may expand the Cobra Replacement Program by adding eligible devices belonging to members of your household.
To add one or more devices, contact Cobra Customer Support and provide the device models you would like to include. Our team will prepare a custom offer based on the number of devices, models, and selected coverage.
No additional device is automatically covered until Cobra approves the request and the customer accepts and pays the applicable offer.
The initial purchase order qualifies for free shipping in accordance with Cobra's shipping policy and the market where the order is placed.
For each replacement request, the customer pays only the applicable shipping cost and handling fee. The replacement screen protector is provided at no additional product cost within the remaining limits of the plan.
The applicable shipping cost and handling fee will be disclosed before the replacement order is completed and paid.
A Cobra replacement plan is not required. Customers may purchase Cobra products without adding any replacement coverage.
When a product is purchased without a replacement plan, the optional replacement benefits described on this page do not apply. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable in the country or state of purchase.
A return may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product remains unused and in its original condition.
The package must remain unopened. The external plastic wrap, seals, and all original packaging components must remain fully intact for the product to qualify for return.

All orders are generally processed within 48 hours after the order has been received and confirmed. Some orders may be processed sooner depending on product availability and order volume.
The average shipping time to most countries is approximately 5 business days after order processing is completed.

Customers may select their preferred shipping carrier from the available options offered for their destination.
Customers receive free shipping on their first order only.
For replacement orders placed under an active Replacement Plan, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping cost and order handling fee. The replacement product itself is provided at no additional product cost, subject to the limits of the selected plan.
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier disruptions, temporary stock shortages, customs procedures, or other force majeure events.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and provide available updates regarding the status of the order.
If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer.
If a shipment is not delivered due to a reason related to the customer or the shipping carrier, the order may be shipped again after coordination with the customer.
In this case, the customer is responsible for the new shipping cost only. No additional handling fee will be charged.
If the customer receives a product different from the item ordered due to an error on our part, we will send the correct product at no additional cost.
